About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring every experience is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat

Provide product knowledge and support

Handle orders, returns, and complaints with professionalism

Work closely with other departments to resolve issues
About You:

Excellent communication and people skills

Organised with great attention to detail

Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
